End-to-end analytics
We pull ads, site, calls and CRM into one dashboard. The path from click to deal is visible, and so is where it breaks.
Talk it through- One tagging system across every ad account
- Call tracking: you see which source the call came from
- Tied to the CRM: enquiry, call and deal in a single row
- A dashboard on your own server, not someone else’s panel
- Cost per enquiry and per deal, by channel and by ad
- Alerts when tracking goes silent or the numbers drift
The map
We map the customer path: where they come from and where they are lost
The wiring
We set the tags, the tracking and the link into the CRM
The dashboard
We build it, check it against real data and show you how to use it
- Several agencies run the ads and the numbers never agree
- Half the enquiries come by phone and are counted nowhere
- Budget decisions are made on gut feel
Tell us where you are now
We will take a look for free and tell you whether it is worth doing at all.
What is end-to-end analytics, in plain words?
It is when the whole path is visible: which ad brought the person, what they did on the site, whether they called, whether they became a client and what they were worth. Ordinary analytics sees only part of that path, up to the enquiry. End-to-end analytics carries the chain through to the money.
How does Google Analytics 4 differ from end-to-end analytics?
GA4 is one instrument, not the whole system. It sees behaviour on the site: where people came from, what they opened, where they left. What it does not see is calls, deals and revenue, because those live in your phone system and your CRM. End-to-end analytics pulls GA4, the ad accounts, call tracking and the CRM into one table.
What is call tracking and why does it matter?
It swaps the phone number shown on the site depending on where the visitor came from. Someone arriving from Google sees one number, someone from Instagram another, so when they call, the system knows the source. Without it every call lands in one undifferentiated pile, and in many niches the phone brings more than half of all enquiries.
What do you build the reports in?
In Looker Studio when it is enough, and on a dashboard of our own when the data has to come from places its ready-made connectors do not reach. Looker is free and lives inside Google, which helps. It gets along badly with CRM and telephony data, though, and at that point a purpose-built dashboard costs less than an endless stack of workarounds.
How long does it take and what do you need from us?
From one week to a month, depending on how many sources are being joined. From you we need read-only access to the ad accounts, the site and the CRM, and one conversation about what actually counts as a result for you. After that we take it from there.
