Privacy policy
Short and plain: what data we collect, why, who else sees it, and how you can get it back or have it deleted.
01Who controls your data
The site and this policy are controlled by legal entity or sole trader name, registration number 00000000, address city, street, building.
For anything about your data write to hello@domain or call +380 93 774 61 98. We reply within two working days.
02What data we collect
What you type yourself. When you send the form, we receive only what you entered:
- The service you are after and your timing
- Your website address, if you gave one
- A phone number or Telegram handle
- A free-form description of the task
We do not ask for identity documents, home addresses or payment details, and we do not collect them through the site.
What is collected automatically. Like any site with analytics, we see anonymised technical information: IP address, device and browser type, language, where you came from, which pages you opened and how long you stayed. We cannot identify you personally from this.
03Why we need it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare for the call
- To do the work we agreed on and invoice for it
- To see which pages work and which do not, and improve the site
- To measure the ads that brought you here
The basis for processing is your consent, given when you send the form, together with our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and the ads paying for themselves. We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not profile you.
04Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own purposes. Some of the services we work with do process it technically:
- Google: Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads, for visit statistics and ad measurement
- Meta: Facebook and Instagram, if you arrived from their ads
- Vercel, where the site is hosted, and FormSubmit, which delivers the form to our inbox
- Our CRM and call tracking, where the enquiry lives on
We will also disclose data where the law requires it, on a request from a court or an authorised body.
05Transfers abroad
Google and Meta run their servers outside Ukraine, including in the European Union and the United States. By using the site you agree that anonymised technical information may be processed there under those companies’ own rules.
06How long we keep it
- An enquiry that went nowhere: one year
- Client data: for the whole engagement and three years after, as accounting requires
- Anonymised visit statistics: up to twenty six months, which is the Google Analytics setting
After that the data is deleted or anonymised. If you ask us to delete it sooner we will, except for what the law obliges us to keep.
07Cookies
Cookies are small files a site leaves in your browser. We use them to remember your language and theme, and to stop analytics counting one visit as ten.
You can switch them off in your browser’s privacy settings. The site will still work, but you will have to pick the language and theme every time.
08Your rights
Under Ukraine’s Personal Data Protection Act, and under the GDPR if you are in the European Union, you can:
- Ask what data about you we hold
- Get a copy of it
- Have inaccuracies corrected
- Ask for it to be deleted
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights
To use any of these rights, write to hello@domain. No forms and no explanations needed, just ask.
09How we keep it safe
The site runs over a secure connection. Only the people who need the enquiries to do their job can see them, and every login is protected by a password and two-factor verification. We do not forward your contacts in open chats or keep them in stray spreadsheets.
10Changes to this policy
If we start collecting something new or add a new service, we will update this page and change the date below. If the change is a significant one, we will write to the people whose data we hold.
